Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch All orders are handmade to a high standard in our UK workshop. We typically dispatch within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping carrier We ship all orders via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery estimates
- Royal Mail 2nd Class — 2–5 working days
- Royal Mail 1st Class — 1–3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 working days
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail International. Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 5–14 working days. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Combined Postage If you order multiple items, we are happy to combine postage so you only pay once. Please check our other listings and contact us before purchasing if you would like items combined.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Please note that Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders.
